Electrical Engineer II

We need to output HTML fragment with sections: only include sections that have real specific content. The posting includes: Position Summary (we can treat as About the role? Actually they said use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to map content accordingly. We have Position Summary: a paragraph describing role. Could be "About the role". Then "Job Duties And Responsibilities": list of duties -> Responsibilities section with
  • . Then "Education/Experience & Skills": includes education, experience, skills -> could be Requirements or Qualifications and Skills. We need to decide: maybe combine into Requirements (education/experience) and Skills (technical). But we can also have a single "Qualifications" section covering education/experience and skills. The instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could have About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications (covering education/experience and skills). No Benefits, Pay, Schedule as not provided. Also Working Conditions maybe could be part of Qualifications? But it's not a standard heading; we could include as part of About the role? But we should not invent headings not listed. The allowed headings are those listed; we should not add others like Working Conditions. So we can incorporate working conditions into About the role or Qualifications as a paragraph. Probably better to add a short paragraph under About the role covering working conditions? But the instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could have About the role (including position summary and working conditions), Responsibilities, Qualifications (education/experience & skills). That's three sections. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate like EEO etc. Also remove navigation etc. The posting includes a lot of company description at start; we should preserve substantive information? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." The company description at start is substantive? It's about the company, not the job. Should we keep it? It might be considered boilerplate? It's not navigation/legal/EEO etc. It's company overview. Might be considered substantive but not required for job posting? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we should keep the company overview as part of About the role? Possibly as a paragraph before the position summary. However the heading About the role is for role specifics; but we could include company overview as a paragraph under About the role. That seems okay. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /. Use

    for section headings. Use
    • for any list. Use

for prose. We need to ensure we don't include headings with empty content. Let's extract content: Company overview: "SIG SAUER, Inc. is a leading provider and manufacturer of firearms, electro-optics, ammunition, airguns, suppressors, remote controlled weapons stations, and training. For over 250 years SIG SAUER, Inc. has evolved, and thrived, by blending American ingenuity, German engineering, and Swiss precision. Today, SIG SAUER is synonymous with industry-leading quality and innovation which has made it the brand of choice amongst the U.S. Military, the global defense community, law enforcement, competitive shooters, hunters, and responsible citizens. Additionally, SIG SAUER is the premier provider of elite firearms instruction and tactical training at the SIG SAUER Academy. Headquartered in Newington, New Hampshire, SIG SAUER employs people across various U.S. locations, and global facilities across multiple regions. SIG SAUER is certified a Great Place to Work™. For more information about the company and product line visit: www.sigsauer.com." Position Summary: "Position Summary: The Electrical Engineer II is responsible for developing moderately complex electrical system designs for new products as well as design improvements for legacy products. Responsibilities also include exercising sound engineering judgement and presenting analysis summaries which support design decisions. This mid-level role operates with limited guidance and contributes to the design and development of electrical subsystems. The Electrical Engineer II will design, implement and test power supplies, sensor interfaces, and common communication protocols. They are expected to understand electrical and protocol-level interactions and to support both hardware interface and signal integrity debugging. They will possess a firm grasp of how electronics drive sporting optic products. The Electrical Engineer II will work both independently and in a team environment with Electrical Engineers, Software Engineers, Design Engineers, NPI Managers, and Test Technicians. Collaboration with other departments including manufacturing, Quality, and Assembly is expected." Responsibilities list: many bullet points after "Job Duties And Responsibilities". We'll convert each sentence starting with a verb into

    • . Need to preserve all. Education/Experience & Skills: "Bachelor of Science in Electrical or Computer Engineering, and 3-6 years of previous experience as an Electrical Engineer required.Foundation in programming (C and assembly) to support hardware validation and integration. Demonstrate advanced skill using Altium for schematic capture and PCB layout, test automation tools, and a range of debugging tools and communication protocols essential for hardware bring-up and verification.Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Demonstrate a strong understanding of IPC standards and supplier manufacturing processes for components and PCBAs, including DFM/DFT principles, material selection, stack-up requirements, and quality control standards to ensure compliance with electrical and mechanical specifications.Ability to write reports and procedures, and effectively present information to team members and management.Must be able to clearly, concisely, and accurately convey ideas and information to others, both verbally and in written form.Experience using sporting optics and related equipment is preferred." Working Conditions: "Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working at a computer using a keyboard and mouse performing repetitive tasks.Ability to open file cabinets, reach with hands and arms, bend, and twist, lift and move files.Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) where required.Must comply with all work exposure EH&S training requirements and adhere to SIG SAUER Inc. Security Mandates." We should incorporate Working Conditions into About the role maybe as a paragraph after position summary. We must not include EEO boilerplate at end: "Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, protected veteran status or other characteristics protected by law." That's EEO, remove. Also remove "FLSA: Exempt" maybe minor metadata; we can fold into short p or drop. Probably drop. Now craft HTML:
