About the role

Build Great Work. Keep Learning. Own Your Career. We are seeking a talented, forward-thinking Electrical Engineer with 2–5 years of MEP experience to join our Houston team. At T&D Engineers, we believe great engineering comes from a combination of technical excellence, curiosity, collaboration, and continuous learning. Our engineers and senior designers take pride in mentoring the next generation while continuing to learn themselves. You will have meaningful project responsibility and technical autonomy, while working alongside experienced professionals who are invested in your development. This is an opportunity for an engineer who wants to do more than copy redlines in AutoCAD or Revit. You will be involved in the full lifecycle of projects, collaborate directly with experienced engineers and leadership, and progressively take ownership of increasingly complex work.

What Makes T&D Different: You won’t be expected to know everything on day one. We value engineers who are curious, accountable, and committed to lifelong learning. Our senior engineers and designers are actively involved in developing less‑experienced team members and sharing the knowledge they’ve gained throughout their careers. You will have the opportunity to learn from people who have deep technical experience while also bringing your own ideas and perspective to the team. We believe mentorship works both ways: experienced engineers teach, newer engineers challenge assumptions and bring new perspectives, and everyone continues to grow. At the same time, we believe in giving capable engineers room to work. You won’t be micromanaged, and you won’t be limited to repetitive drafting tasks. As your knowledge and confidence grow, so will your technical ownership and responsibility.
