Responsibilities
- Perform conventional electrical engineering design, analysis, and calculations.
- Develop, review, and support engineering design packages.
- Provide construction, field, and project engineering support.
- Support facility design, operation, and maintenance activities.
- Apply engineering technology and tools to deliver high-quality work products.
- Interface with stakeholders across disciplines in a fast-paced environment.
- Support system integration within and across disciplines.
- May lead projects and supervise the work of others.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution.
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant engineering experience.
- Working knowledge of industry, regulatory, and DOE/NNSA codes, standards, and criteria relevant to electrical engineering.
- Knowledge of DOE and DoD facility standards including NQA-1, IBC, NFPA, and NEC.
- Experience facilitating and developing engineering design packages.
- Familiarity with engineering deliverables including construction documents.
- Experience with computer-aided design/drafting software or markup tools.

Schedule
After completion of a training period, employees may work Friday-Monday, 10-hour shifts. The training period will follow a Tuesday-Friday, 10-hour shift schedule. Shift and weekend assignments are determined by management based on operational needs.
