Electrical Discipline Specialist

Benchmark Group is seeking a skilled Electrical Discipline Specialist to join our Project Team of Choice. Ideal candidates are creative problem solvers with attention to detail, dependable team players, and a commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

• Liaison between Management and Design Staff
• Collaborate with designers to translate concepts into full sets of construction documents for commercial building projects
• Design and develop construction documents using REVIT for various project types
• Lead quality assurance for the team
• May require minimal travel

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience in the A/E field, specializing in the Electrical discipline with a focus on commercial/facility design
• Possess a Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field from an accredited college or university
• Show proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit platforms
• Have thorough knowledge of required codes such as the NEC
• Hold specialized certifications in discipline-related systems (e.g., ADA, LEED)
• Be licensed as a Professional with a good standing
