Responsibilities
- Develop and execute advanced diagnostic tests and assays for various biomarkers and genetic mutations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance and successful clinical trial execution.
- Conduct thorough quality control checks on all test results to maintain high standards of accuracy and reliability.
- Provide technical support and training to laboratory staff to ensure optimal performance of diagnostic equipment and procedures.
- Participate in ongoing research and development projects to enhance existing assays and develop new technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in diagnostics or biotechnology.
- Strong knowledge of molecular biology techniques, including PCR, sequencing, and immunoassays.
- Experience with laboratory informatics systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Valid certification in relevant laboratory practices and safety protocols.
- Experience with regulatory guidelines such as FDA, ISO, and CLIA.
- Understanding of Good Laboratory Practices (GLPs).
Skills
- Proficiency in laboratory automation and data analysis software.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis tools for interpreting experimental data.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex laboratory issues and resolve problems efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Pay
- $80,000 - $100,000 annually.
