Responsibilities

• Develop and execute advanced diagnostic tests and assays for various biomarkers and genetic mutations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance and successful clinical trial execution.
• Conduct thorough quality control checks on all test results to maintain high standards of accuracy and reliability.
• Provide technical support and training to laboratory staff to ensure optimal performance of diagnostic equipment and procedures.
• Participate in ongoing research and development projects to enhance existing assays and develop new technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in diagnostics or biotechnology.
• Strong knowledge of molecular biology techniques, including PCR, sequencing, and immunoassays.
• Experience with laboratory informatics systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Valid certification in relevant laboratory practices and safety protocols.
• Experience with regulatory guidelines such as FDA, ISO, and CLIA.
• Understanding of Good Laboratory Practices (GLPs).

Skills

• Proficiency in laboratory automation and data analysis software.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis tools for interpreting experimental data.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex laboratory issues and resolve problems efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Pay

• $80,000 - $100,000 annually.
