Electrical, Controls & Operability Monitoring Technical Leader

All activities related to improving service technology that integrates customer data or collects engine/product reliability, availability, maintenance, safety, and other performance parameters. Includes hourly, non-exempt, and exempt employees, as well as managerial roles dedicated to these activities. Responsibilities
- Support the installed base, including activities such as resolving customer issues, fleet problems, service bulletin implementation, monitoring and diagnostics, and fleet configuration.
- Maintain fleet data and manage breakdowns.
- Develop specialized expertise in your discipline and provide advice on best practices and/or quality.
- Stay informed about the latest technical developments in your field.
- Contribute to the development of strategies and policies, ensuring implementation within your area of responsibility.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of best practices and how your domain integrates with others, along with practical knowledge of competitors and market differentiators.
- Exercise judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex operational, product management, manufacturing, technology, or engineering tasks.
- Bring new perspectives to existing solutions and use technical experience and data analysis expertise to support recommendations.
- Leverage limited internal and external resources outside your function to aid decision-making.
- Serve as a resource for less experienced colleagues and may lead small projects with moderate risks and resource requirements.
- Explain difficult or sensitive information and work to build consensus.
- Develop persuasive skills to influence others on topics within your domain.
Requirements
- For roles outside the United States: Advanced experience with the function and digital audio workstations. Equivalent knowledge to a master’s degree from an accredited university (or a bachelor’s degree with relevant experience).
- For roles in the United States: Master’s degree from an accredited university (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of relevant experience).

Pay
For candidates applying to a U.S.-based position, the pay range is between $131,700.00 and $219,300.00. The company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120%, or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. Bonus eligibility includes a discretionary annual bonus.
