Electrical Controls Engineer

About the role

Responsible for designing, installing, and maintaining electrical control systems in various industrial settings. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system reliability and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement electrical control systems for manufacturing processes
• Install and commission new control systems
• Diagnose and resolve electrical issues in existing systems
• Work closely with project managers and engineers to meet project timelines and budgets
• Contribute to the development and implementation of safety protocols

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical controls engineering
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Knowledge of electrical codes and standards
• Experience with PLCs and HMI systems
• Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and maintenance of electrical systems

Pay

• $80,000 - $100,000 annually

Schedule

• Full-time position
• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
