Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in electrical controls, automation, industrial controls, or related engineering
- Strong hands-on experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs / ControlLogix / Studio 5000
- Experience with FactoryTalk
- Experience designing electrical control systems and/or control panels
- Strong understanding of electrical schematics, wiring, I/O, and instrumentation
- Experience with industrial automation and process equipment
- Ability to interpret P&IDs and develop controls based on process requirements
- Experience with commissioning, startup, FAT/SAT, and troubleshooting
- Industrial/manufacturing/process environment experience preferred
Qualifications
Able to travel approximately 25%
Benefits
Salary: $110,000 - $135,000 per year
Skills
Design electrical and control systems for industrial process equipment
Develop control-panel designs, electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and I/O documentation
Program and troubleshoot Allen-Bradley ControlLogix PLCs using Studio 5000
Develop and maintain FactoryTalk HMI/SCADA applications
Integrate instrumentation, sensors, valves, motors, and other electrical/control components
Develop control narratives and sequence-of-operation documentation
Support electrical component selection and control-system architecture
Review P&IDs and translate process requirements into automated control strategies
Participate in FAT/SAT activities and equipment testing
