Electrical & Computer Engineering

About the role

Passion for teaching fundamentals of electrical and computer engineering at the bachelor’s level is essential, along with an interest in applied research. Individuals with expertise across a wide range of areas related to electrical and computer engineering will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate courses, including laboratory courses
• Advise interdisciplinary senior capstone design projects
• Carry on research and/or other scholarly work

Requirements

• PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or another closely related field of engineering or science
• Demonstrated proficiency in teaching in both classroom and laboratory settings
• A strong, demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the Statement of Faith and Christian mission and vision of Grove City College

Qualifications

• Strong industry background is especially encouraged
• A courtesy appointment in the Department of Computer Science will be considered for appropriately qualified candidates
