Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Electrical Engineer located in Boise, ID. This role will be responsible for developing drone-deployable sensors and will assist with other startup programming and electrical engineering tasks.

Responsibilities
- Develop next-generation wireless drone-deployable line sensor
- Auxiliary work in drone electrical engineering and miscellaneous tasks
Minimum Qualifications
- B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science
- 3 years of engineering work experience
- Experience with Arm Cortex programming
- Experience with C, C++
- Experience writing and testing sensor drivers
- Experience integrating various comms protocols (I2C, UART, CAN, etc)
- Experience with Embedded Coding
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with wireless communications
- Experience with remote firmware deployment and chip-to-chip reprogramming
- Experience with RF detection of partial discharge
- Experience with Power line sensor
- Experience with APIs & Cloud Interfaces
- PX4 Autopilot experience
- Circuit and PCB design
- Java Experience
- Python Experience
- Highly motivated
