Key Responsibilities
- Performing the necessary Acceptance Testing for electrical equipment within Data Center Facilities.
- Safely use hand and power tools, metering & testing equipment, and precision instruments.
- Collaborate with internal team members & customers/ end-users to complete projects within defined timelines.
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Qualifications
- Expertise in switchgear maintenance, troubleshooting, and breaker installation.
- Strong electrical aptitude, understanding of power systems and problem-solving skills.
- Thorough understanding of LDL, L2, L3 inspections and testing procedures.
- Proficiency in secondary injection testing of breakers and PT/CT wiring installations.
- Familiarity with bus installations, meter configurations, and control wiring.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
- Hands-on experience with testing and maintenance tools (multimeters, megohmmeters, etc.).
- Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and providing technical support.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex electrical issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with daily reporting and documentation of work performed.
- Willingness to travel to various project sites within the U.S.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5+ years of experience in switchgear installation, testing, and maintenance, preferably in industrial, utility, and/or data center environments.
- Knowledge of industry-specific electrical code, regulations, and related safety standards/ protocols (OSHA, NFPA 70E).

- Location(s): Cedar Rapids, IA area
- Duration: 18-24+ months (could extend)
- Per Diem: Yes, Provided ($178/day x 7 days per week)
- Mob/ Demob: Yes, $1000/each way
- Schedule: Full-time Monday – Friday (5-10's) + Additional O/T.
- Pay-rate: Based Upon level of Expertise.
- Overtime: Yes
- Start Date: Immediately (May 2026)

Physical Requirements
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to:

- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions including intense heat/cold, muddy, and wet environments.
- Perform precision tasks with instruments and fittings.
