Responsibilities
- Participate in subcontractor project orientation meetings, project team meetings, and GC sub meetings
- Develop submittal logs
- Communicate and coordinate submittals and coordination drawings with subcontractors and Project Superintendent
- Review and process all submittal data and shop drawings to ensure project schedules are expedited and materials are delivered on time
- Sustain productive customer relationships while meeting the company’s needs
- Support Project Manager in pricing and selling of change orders
Qualifications
- B.S. degree in Construction Science, Management, Engineering, or other related experience preferred
- One year of relevant construction related experience. Previous construction internship preferred
- Analytical thinker who can identify problems as well as potential solutions
- Demonstrated willingness to offer ideas, opinions, and feedback
- Ability to build relationships, collaborate, and communicate effectively throughout the organization and with our suppliers/partners
- Strong math and problem solving skills are required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office platform including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Bluebeam software proficiency preferred
- Willing to travel to project jobsites throughout the country, if needed
