Electrical Assembler - Production Specialist

About the role

Kelly Services is seeking motivated Production Specialists to join a leading manufacturing team in Fort Atkinson. One of the biggest perks of this role is the summer schedule! Enjoy a 4.5-day work week from Memorial Day through Labor Day, giving you more time to enjoy your weekends.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret work orders to understand production requirements.
• Follow assembly instructions and basic blueprints.
• Stock and replenish parts within assigned work cells.
• Set up and operate a variety of production equipment including soldering tools, microscopes, drills, fill machines, part washers, sand blasters, magnet cranes, and cable harness assembly equipment.
• Perform assembly tasks such as soldering, crimping, clamping, snipping, and related duties.
• Follow testing procedures and utilize measuring equipment as required.
• Inspect products for quality and identify non-conforming materials.
• Complete required documentation accurately.
• Clean, package, and prepare finished products for shipment.
• Communicate with supervisors regarding quality, materials, or procedural concerns.

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous assembly, production, or electronics experience preferred.
• Soldering experience is a plus.
• Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality standards.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Understanding of basic manufacturing and quality principles.
