Electrical Assembler / Electrician
Job Responsibilities
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams, specifications, and work orders
- Assemble and install electrical components, wiring, subassemblies, and support structures
- Label, wire, and connect switch boxes and control panel terminal boards
- Inspect wiring for coding accuracy, proper termination, continuity, and identify shorts or grounds
- Assist in testing completed machines and troubleshooting electrical issues
- Document work to meet quality and production requirements
- Collaborate with team members to resolve quality, cost, or production challenges
- Maintain safety, cleanliness, and proper care of tools & equipment
- Multi-task and shift priorities as needed throughout the day
Essential Functions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
- Solid problem-solving skills and clear communication
- Experience with electrical wiring, installation, or assembly work
Basic Qualification & Requirements
- A High School Diploma/GED with 3+ years of electrical wiring or installation experience
- OR a 2-year degree or certification in electrical systems with 2+ years of experience
Pay
The approximate pay range for this position is $23/HR - $31/HR.
