Electrical Assembler / Electrician

Job Responsibilities

• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, specifications, and work orders
• Assemble and install electrical components, wiring, subassemblies, and support structures
• Label, wire, and connect switch boxes and control panel terminal boards
• Inspect wiring for coding accuracy, proper termination, continuity, and identify shorts or grounds
• Assist in testing completed machines and troubleshooting electrical issues
• Document work to meet quality and production requirements
• Collaborate with team members to resolve quality, cost, or production challenges
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and proper care of tools & equipment
• Multi-task and shift priorities as needed throughout the day

Essential Functions

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
• Solid problem-solving skills and clear communication
• Experience with electrical wiring, installation, or assembly work

Basic Qualification & Requirements

• A High School Diploma/GED with 3+ years of electrical wiring or installation experience
• OR a 2-year degree or certification in electrical systems with 2+ years of experience

Pay

The approximate pay range for this position is $23/HR - $31/HR.
