Electrical Assembler I

About the Role

This on-site position involves assembling, disassembling, and modifying various electronic production subassemblies following work plans, with an emphasis on accuracy and quality control. The role requires inspecting results to ensure conformance, working independently or in teams, and effectively communicating.

Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MRP software, are necessary, along with a willingness to learn new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, disassemble, and modify electronic subassemblies
• Inspect work to ensure quality and conformance
• Work independently or collaboratively in a team environment
• Utilize work instructions and technical drawings
• Develop solder certification and maintain safety standards

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience
• Ability to interpret work instructions and drawings
• Willingness to become solder certified
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
• Effective communication and computer literacy (Microsoft Office)

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of electronic assembly experience
• IPC-610/620 Certifications
• Knowledge of MIL-STD-883 standards
• Solder reflow experience
