About the role
The Education & Workforce Development Coordinator will be responsible for developing and implementing programs to enhance workforce development and education in the community.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement educational programs tailored to meet the needs of the community.
- Collaborate with local businesses and organizations to identify workforce development needs and opportunities.
- Design and deliver training sessions on various topics related to workforce development.
- Evaluate program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
- Work closely with other department staff to ensure comprehensive support for workforce development initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in workforce development or education.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and techniques.
- Experience in curriculum design and delivery.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
