About the role
The Electrical & Control Systems Engineering Manager will lead a team responsible for plant electrical systems, automation, instrumentation, and controls. The role drives reliability, modernization, and safe operation across multiple production areas.
Responsibilities
- Drive reliability, modernization, and safe operation across multiple production areas
- Lead a team responsible for plant electrical systems, automation, instrumentation, and controls
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
- Oversee the maintenance and upgrade of plant electrical systems, automation, instrumentation, and controls
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering, preferably in manufacturing environments
- Experience leading teams and managing projects
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, automation, instrumentation, and control technologies
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
