About the role

The Electrical & Control Systems Engineering Manager will lead a team responsible for plant electrical systems, automation, instrumentation, and controls. The role drives reliability, modernization, and safe operation across multiple production areas.

Responsibilities

  • Drive reliability, modernization, and safe operation across multiple production areas
  • Lead a team responsible for plant electrical systems, automation, instrumentation, and controls
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
  • Oversee the maintenance and upgrade of plant electrical systems, automation, instrumentation, and controls

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering, preferably in manufacturing environments
  • Experience leading teams and managing projects
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, automation, instrumentation, and control technologies
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
