Pay

Estimated annual base pay ranges:

• Technical Electrical Fellow: $167,000 (Minimum) - $204,000 (Midpoint) - $243,000 (Maximum)
• Senior Technical Electrical Fellow: $193,000 (Minimum) - $232,000 (Midpoint) - $270,000 (Maximum)

All members are included in an annual cash bonus opportunity.

Technical Electrical Fellow

• Lead technical innovation by developing and implementing advanced electrical technologies to enhance product offerings and maintain industry leadership.
• Drive strategic programs and oversee high-visibility initiatives aligned with the company’s long-term strategic goals.
• Shape product development by collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and develop innovative electrical products and solutions.
• Resolve complex technical issues by identifying and solving the most challenging problems, proposing innovative solutions to guide business strategy.
• Influence stakeholder decisions by engaging with senior leaders and external partners to negotiate and shape critical business decisions.

Senior Technical Electrical Fellow

• Lead technology strategy by developing and executing strategies for high-impact electric motor and motor control projects, aligning with Woodward’s strategic objectives.
• Innovate engineering solutions by designing and implementing electrical motor and motor control solutions to address complex technical challenges and drive industry advancements.
• Influence business direction by collaborating with senior executives and external stakeholders to shape business strategies and make informed, strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• 4-year Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (or international equivalent).
• 15+ years of applicable experience.
