Technical Fellow

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic technical programs
• Establish and communicate architectural patterns
• Ensure alignment on the technical vision with customers
• Oversee delivery quality and technical execution
• Mentor junior engineers and guide their development
• Foster innovation and thought leadership for clients
• Conduct code reviews and maintain high standards for engineering practices
• Choose appropriate technologies for various projects
• Onboard new team members and set clear expectations
• Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions with clients
• Develop internal methodologies and promote modern work approaches
• Collaborate with sales and partners to shape account vision and strategies
• Continuously enhance the developer experience
• Embrace a DevSecOps mindset and prioritize long-term concerns

Qualifications

• Deep experience leading large-scale software development programs
• Experience with modernizations or transformations
• Expertise in architectural patterns such as Microservices and SOA
• Familiarity with major cloud providers
• Knowledge of technologies across the stack, including automation and custom development
• Experience delivering native applications at scale
• Proficiency in building custom front-end applications using frameworks like Angular or React
• Comfortable utilizing AI throughout custom software development
