Responsible for overseeing daily operations in a specific area, ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Oversee team members to ensure they are meeting performance goals and deadlines.
- Manage day-to-day operations including scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
- Ensure all safety protocols are being followed and maintained.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a retail or service-oriented environment.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with point-of-sale systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
