Responsibilities

• Personal Care Assistance: Helping with bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility to ensure comfort and dignity.
• Home Management: Light housekeeping and meal preparation to create a safe and welcoming environment.
• Transportation Services: Providing reliable rides for appointments, errands, or social activities.
• Companionship and Engagement: Offering meaningful conversation and activities to reduce loneliness and uplift spirits.
• Care Plan Adherence: Following tailored care plans to ensure consistent, high-quality support.
• Professional Communication: Maintaining respectful, clear communication with families and the care team to ensure clients’ needs are met.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• A clean driving record.
• Prior experience in elder care or home care is preferred—training is provided.
