Senior Care Solutions Specialist

As a Senior Care Solutions Specialist, you'll assist families in planning non-medical in-home care, using your customer service and sales skills to engage with potential clients via phone and digital channels.
Responsibilities
- Guide families through initial conversations about in-home care options
- Connect with potential clients through phone, email, chat, and text to understand their needs
- Develop, implement, and refine sales playbooks and strategy
- Coach the team of Care Solutions Consultants
- Handle both inbound and outbound calls, maintaining quality, empathy, and accuracy
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent follow-through on new client commitments and pilot initiatives
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and proposing messaging and strategy adjustments
- Translate personal learnings into guidance or coaching for other members of the team
- Meet or exceed individual sales metrics, including call volume, talk time, conversion rates, and quality standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5+ years of phone-based sales or customer service experience (inbound and outbound)
- Experience developing sales strategies
- Thrive in a metrics-driven environment and motivated by goal achievement
- Empathetic communicator who balances compassion with confident sales execution
- Experience working remotely, managing time effectively, and connecting with a virtual team
- Experience in home care, healthcare, or senior services is a plus

Benefits
This role offers a competitive hourly wage range of $24.20 – $28.85 per hour, along with a variable bonus of $10,000 - $15,000. Schedule
This is a full-time, hourly, remote position with a rotating weekend schedule (one set schedule and every fourth weekend).
