About the role
Young Interventions, Inc. is seeking a Bilingual Spanish Speaking Early Intervention Specialist (EIS) in San Bernardino County, specifically in the city of San Bernardino Metro Areas (San Bernardino, Redlands, Yucaipa, Banning, Beaumont, Rialto, Highland, & surrounding areas). This position is available as a part-time or full-time opening, requiring 20+ client hours per week, plus drive time between sessions.
Responsibilities
- Implement personalized family-focused treatment programs for infants and toddlers with or at risk of developing developmental disabilities.
- Work with children in family homes using a Routines-Based Parent Coaching Model to help them reach their developmental milestones.
- Conduct home visits within the I-10 FWY Areas, including San Bernardino, Redlands, Yucaipa, Banning, Beaumont, Rialto, Highland, and surrounding areas.
- Maintain a mix of in-person and virtual services based on client/family needs or preferences.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required (Child Development, Psychology, or related field).
- Solid knowledge of basic stages of Infant/Toddler Child Development.
- Minimum of 1-year experience working with children 0-5 years.
- Experience working with Children with Special Needs is preferred.
- Ability to speak and read fluently in Spanish, Cantonese, Mandarin is desired.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to various home-based sites throughout the day (within 30 mile radius).
- Maintenance of current Vehicle Insurance & Registration.
- Maintenance of current CPR Certification (Infant, Child & Adult).
- Maintenance of current TB Test.

Pay
The position offers an hourly rate between $20-$29 per hour, determined based on applicant's level of education and experience.
