Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, and operate CNC milling machines and machining centers
• Set up, adjust, and operate automated CNC milling machines
• Create, simulate, and correct CAD/CAM-generated CNC programs
• Run-in programs, monitor the production process, and optimize cycle times and cutting data
• Manufacture products and operating resources according to drawings and work plans
• Ensure smooth production while adhering to quality, quantity, and safety standards, and following process workflows
• Perform component inspections and independently conduct quality control of produced parts using measuring tools
• Carry out preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, change tools, and perform minor maintenance work
• Coordinate and oversee milling-based machining processes and their continuous optimization
• Document production processes, including evaluation of BDE feedback
• Provide technical leadership and coordinate team members within a defined team
• Instruct, train, and develop assigned employees in the operation and handling of milling machines

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a machining mechanic or equivalent qualification
• CNC milling knowledge
• Ability to read technical drawings confidently
• Programming skills (Heidenhain, Fanuc, Haas) desirable
• Operation and handling of ABB robots desirable
• Initial experience in personnel management advantageous, along with strong team and communication skills
• Structured and independent work approach, high reliability, and strong sense of responsibility

• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
