Job Summary: The EHS Training & Compliance Specialist designs, delivers, and measures the effectiveness of environmental, health, and safety (EHS) training programs for the Elk River manufacturing facility — and serves as a visible, hands-on presence on the plant floor. This role identifies training gaps, translates OSHA, EPA, and internal safety standards into engaging, practical training content, and conducts routine floor walk-throughs and behavioral observations to catch compliance issues in real time. When a gap is found, this person has the knowledge and standing to diagnose the issue, address it directly, and train the right people so it doesn’t happen again. The Specialist owns
