Responsibilities

• Own the LiquidStack safety program end-to-end across all sites—both Carrollton facilities, the new Fort Worth location, and field-service operations.
• Own and lead the company’s safety walks, safety audits, and safety inspections, driving findings to closure.
• Own and chair the company’s safety team (safety committee), setting the agenda and leading regular meetings.
• Develop, implement, and maintain safety policies, procedures, and programs aligned to OSHA and federal, state, and local regulations.
• Standardize safety practices across sites so every location operates to the same high bar as we scale.
• Maintain SDS/chemical-hazard documentation and manage PPE selection, acquisition, and enforcement.
• Lead regular safety walks and safety audits across all sites to identify hazards and drive corrective action.
• Perform risk assessments and job hazard analyses (JHA) for assembly, electromechanical, and fluid-based work.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA (29 CFR 1910 General Industry) and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations; prepare and submit required reporting and recordkeeping (OSHA 300/300A logs).
• Manage core OSHA programs including lockout/tagout (LOTO), hazard communication (HAZCOM), PPE, confined space, fall protection, and ergonomics.
