Compensation ranges from $38.40 to $53 per hour, with a 12‑month contract requiring onsite work and travel to rural and remote locations. The auditor reviews hazard assessments, work performance, and equipment, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions. Key ResponsibilitiesObtain knowledge of project locationsTravel to project tower sites or facility locationsReview employee and subcontractor work environment, performance, tools, equipment, inspections and hazard documentation for compliancePerform EHS facility audits to ensure federal, state, local and ISO 45001 complianceDocument and communicate all issues identified, including behavioral and noncomplianceDocument any resolutions or corrections immediately performedIdentify, document, and recognize employees or items for EHS achievementsCreate and update a trending log on repetitive issues and recommend long‑term corrective actions QualificationsFive years of experience in JHA, JSA, PTP, AHA or similar hazard assessment documentation reviewsFive years of field construction safety supervisor experienceFive years of EHS facility auditing and program experienceWillingness to travel in rural and remote locationsCHST, ISO 45001 or equivalent certification
