About the Role
EHS/ESG platform implementation experience with preferred expertise in Intelex, Enhesa, Enablon, or SAP EHS. This role involves project and program management with ownership of scope, budget, timeline, risks, and governance. Strong EHS regulatory knowledge (OSHA, EPA, RCRA, TSCA, ISO 14001/45001) and executive stakeholder management are key. Experience in semiconductor or advanced manufacturing is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead large enterprise transformation programs with a focus on EHS/ESG technology implementation.
- Manage scope, budget, timeline, risks, and governance for complex, multi-workstream projects ($1M+ budget).
- Oversee cross-functional teams of 5+ resources, including onshore/offshore delivery models.
- Review and quality-approve configurations, design documents, and test plans for EHS/ESG platforms (e.g., Intelex, Enhesa).
- Ensure compliance with EHS regulatory frameworks (EPA, OSHA, RCRA, TSCA, ISO 14001/45001, Canada's CEPA, Reg 851/90).
- Engage in executive communication and stakeholder management, presenting to VP, C-suite, and Board-level audiences.
Requirements
- 8–12 years of progressive experience in EHS consulting, EHS technology program delivery, or enterprise transformation project management.
- At least 4 years in a client-facing project manager or delivery lead role.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering complex EHS/ESG technology implementation programs on time and within scope.
- Hands-on functional knowledge of EHS and ESG platforms, particularly Intelex and/or Enhesa.
- Strong understanding of EHS module coverage across ESG & Sustainability, Waste, Audit, MOC, Training, Compliance, and Risk Management.
- Deep knowledge of EHS regulatory frameworks applicable to US and Canadian operations.
- PMP certification or equivalent (PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMI-ACP, or SAFe) is required.
- Experience in semiconductor, microelectronics, or advanced manufacturing is strongly preferred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- MBA or Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
