EHS Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation, and ongoing improvement of EHS programs, policies, and procedures
• Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local safety and environmental regulations
• Partner with site leadership to support day-to-day safety initiatives and promote a proactive safety culture
• Conduct incident investigations, root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventative actions
• Analyze EHS data and trends to identify risks and improve overall safety performance
• Deliver training and coach leaders on safety best practices, hazard recognition, and compliance requirements
• Maintain accurate records and support internal and external reporting needs

Qualifications

• 3+ years of EHS experience within an operations-driven environment
• Strong working knowledge of safety and environmental regulations
• Experience with incident investigation, audits, and safety program development
• Ability to build relationships and influence across teams
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred

• Experience supporting a fast-paced, hands-on work environment
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
