Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development, implementation, and ongoing improvement of EHS programs, policies, and procedures
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local safety and environmental regulations
- Partner with site leadership to support day-to-day safety initiatives and promote a proactive safety culture
- Conduct incident investigations, root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventative actions
- Analyze EHS data and trends to identify risks and improve overall safety performance
- Deliver training and coach leaders on safety best practices, hazard recognition, and compliance requirements
- Maintain accurate records and support internal and external reporting needs
Qualifications
- 3+ years of EHS experience within an operations-driven environment
- Strong working knowledge of safety and environmental regulations
- Experience with incident investigation, audits, and safety program development
- Ability to build relationships and influence across teams
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred
- Experience supporting a fast-paced, hands-on work environment
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
