EHS Coordinator- 11pm-8am
Scope of Responsibility
Cook and implement standard Environmental, Health, and Safety programs, hazard recognition, and safety inspections to minimize risks and ensure compliance.
Essential Duties
- Manage key safety programs (PPE, Respiratory Protection, Hazard Communication, JSA, etc.) with training provided.
- Review incidents and support corrective action plans.
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and training sessions.
- Develop JSAs and promote safety awareness.
- Participate in safety meetings and emergency response.
- Conduct risk assessments and support EHS program development.
Education
Relevant coursework or EHS-related certifications welcome. Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience
Entry-level candidates with strong willingness to learn encouraged. Training and mentorship provided. 1–3 years preferred.
Skills & Abilities
- Valid driver’s license and insurable under company policy.
- Willingness to learn EHS regulations and principles.
- Strong communication, detail-orientation, and multitasking skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
Physical Requirements
Ability to work in office and manufacturing environments. Ability to walk, stand, bend, and perform inspections throughout the facility. Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. Ability to identify hazards and maintain a strong safety mindset.
