This role develops and implements safety policies and procedures, conducts audits, delivers training, and drives continuous EHS improvement- creating a safe, healthy work environment while supporting dynamic, innovative projects. Key Responsibilities Review and help develop EHS policies, programs, and proceduresCreate and maintain the compliance calendar for regulatory requirementsConduct regular safety audits, sampling, and site inspectionsIdentify and help minimize exposure to environmental hazardsSupport job hazard analyses and risk assessmentsDeliver EHS training to employeesRun Behavioral Based Safety programMaintain records/logs and prepare periodic reportsTrack safety KPIs and monitor overall safety cultureSupport HR with the Return-to-Work programProvide technical support for EHS projects, investigations, and problem-solving
