Egg Donor Inventory Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Maintains inventory production and delivers weekly and monthly inventory shipment plans.
• Collaborates with internal teams to approve inventory items for shipment and coordinates with external clients for outbound logistics.
• Accurately enters inventory data in relevant systems, including creation of donor records, inventory lines, and reconciliation of digital records.
• Investigates and resolves discrepancies to ensure inventory integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Supports research of import/export requirements and collaborates with regulatory, quality, legal, and biorepository departments for shipping compliance.
• Provides administrative support, including answering client inquiries, escalating issues, and documenting events and deviations.
• Manages ad hoc shipment requests and assists with office maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of inventory management experience, with fertility or cryogenics experience preferred.
• Associate’s degree minimum, bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
