Responsibilities
- Greet all guests in a friendly manner to make them feel welcomed and appreciated.
- Ensure that recipes and food prep procedures are followed correctly, food is wrapped and labeled correctly.
- Maintain the food service area and work areas clean, adhere to food safety protocols, and maintain equipment.
- Operate the register efficiently, process sales transactions, and minimize guest wait time.
- Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the food service area.
- Monitor product levels, rotate stock, and ensure 100% in-stock at all times.
- Lead by example in executing Company values, programs, processes, and policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager or person in charge.
Requirements
- No specific education required.
- Minimum of 3-6 months of retail or guest service restaurant experience preferred.
- ServSafe/Food Safety certification is preferred but not mandatory.
- Comfortable talking and interacting with guests and team members.
- High energy, able to move quickly between tasks, team-oriented, and willing to assist others.
- Basic computer skills are helpful.

Scheduling
- This position is part-time and full-time, with varying hours including day, night, weekends, and holidays.
- Up to 5% travel may be required.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds frequently, up to 25 pounds occasionally, and up to 40 pounds occasionally.
- Stand/walk for 8 hours a day.
- Reach overhead, bend, squat, twist, reach, grasp, and grip.
- Work in cooler temperatures.
