EG Food Service Associate

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests in a friendly manner to make them feel welcomed and appreciated.
• Ensure recipes and food prep procedures are followed correctly, food is wrapped and labeled correctly.
• Maintain sparkling clean work areas, adhere to food safety protocols, and maintain equipment.
• Operate the register efficiently, process sales transactions, and minimize guest wait time.
• Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the food service area.
• Monitor product levels, rotate stock, and ensure 100% in-stock at all times.
• Lead by example in executing Company values, programs, processes, and policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager or person in charge.

Requirements

• Comfortable talking and interacting with guests and team members.
• High energy.
• Ability to move from one activity to another quickly.
• Team-oriented; willing to give extra effort to help others.
• Computer skills are helpful.

Scheduling

• This position is part-time and full-time with variable hours, including day and night shifts.
• Weekend and holiday hours are required.
