Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).
• Experience: 2-3 years of experience managing national-level sales, with hands-on exposure to Gynae, pain management, and gastro portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage national sales operations across Pakistan.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
• Drive growth in Gynae, pain management, and gastro product portfolios.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team to achieve performance goals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
