Efficiency Analyst/Methodologist Project Intern (Content Operations - TikTok-Operations-Operations Efficiency) - 2026 Start

Responsibilities

As an Efficiency Analyst in the Content Operations team, you will build Efficiency Metrics Enablement:

• Collaborate with Product and Data Science teams to define/build operational efficiency metrics.
• Enable Operations Strategy team with dashboards and data infrastructure for regular global efficiency-driven business reviews and ad hoc analyses.
• Measure key program and partnership performance, establish benchmarks to diagnose under/over-performance, and analyze underlying levers for growth.
• Analyze operational project structures to identify local best practices, and support their adoption globally.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in an analytical field.
• Strong data and analysis skills.
• Experience with building and managing data pipelines and dashboards.
• Understanding of operations and program/partnerships performance metrics.

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of the digital content ecosystem and social media metrics.
• Ability to work effectively with multi-functional teams across operations, product, data science/data warehouse, partnerships and programs.
• Ability to translate complex data into pragmatic and actionable best practices.
