Responsibilities

• Develop and execute project plans to meet business objectives
• Manage cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects
• Oversee budgeting and resource allocation for assigned projects
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards
• Communicate progress and challenges to stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in program management
• Proven track record of successful project execution
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in English

Skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• Agile methodologies
• Financial analysis and reporting
• Stakeholder engagement and negotiation

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
