EEG Technician (Full-Time) Center City

4 positions available: Day shift (9 am - 7:30 pm) 4 days/week or Evening shift (7 pm - 7:30 am) 3 days/week

Responsibilities

• Performs outpatient routines, ambulatories, inpatient routines, and continuous monitoring.
• Reads and interprets continuous monitoring studies.
• Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the values of Jefferson.
• Properly performs EEGs as requested, according to established procedures, as observed by a neurologist and the Director of EEG.
• Recognizes and eliminates causes of electrical interference to obtain optimal tracing as monitored by a neurologist.

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Graduate of an accredited Neurodiagnostic program
• 1-3 years of experience with EEG
• R. EEG T certification within 1 year of hire
