EEG Tech II - Full Time

About the role

Performs high quality EEGs (routine and video), seizure monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Scans, correlates, and clips study information.
• Facilitates all aspects of study completion and reporting within the department.

Requirements

• High School Graduate or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Two or more years of experience in the performance of EEG procedures OR graduate from an accredited program.
• Certified as a Registered Electroencephalography Technologist (R. EEG T.) or board eligible by the American Board of Registration of Electroencephalographic and Evoked Potential Technologists (ABRET).
• Current BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a Commission on Accreditation Allied Health Education Program (CAAHEP) accredited ENDT program or an Associate's degree or higher from an accredited college or university is desired.
