About the role

The Old Colony YMCA seeks Childcare Teachers to work at their Middleboro branch. This role offers full-time and part-time shifts, providing an enriching environment for children.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement a program of activities ensuring each child's personal safety.
• Provide enrichment, physical challenges, and learning experiences for children.
• Uphold the employee code of conduct and align job responsibilities with the YMCA's mission and regulatory standards.
• Display and encourage character traits of caring, responsibility, honesty, and respect in all job duties.

Requirements

• Minimum of 21 years of age or high school diploma/equivalent with EEC requirements for Teacher.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certifications required.
• Evidence of physical examination within the last 12 months.
• EEC Teacher Certification.
