About the role

Inspire Early Education seeks dedicated and compassionate Childcare Teachers to join our team at Inspire Walpole South and Inspire Walpole North. Our centers offer a joyful, inclusive environment where both children and educators flourish.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom environment
• Bring learning to life through play-based curriculum
• Support children’s growth, confidence, and development
• Build meaningful relationships with children and families
• Keep classrooms organized while meeting state standards
• Work alongside a supportive and collaborative team

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education
• EEC Teacher or Lead Teacher Certification
• Experience in a childcare setting
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A positive attitude and passion for working with children

• Ability to pass background and health requirements

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
