Certified EEC Child Care Teachers

About the role

We’re looking for caring, experienced Childcare Teachers to bring energy, creativity, and compassion to our classrooms at Inspire Abington in Abington, MA. This is a full-time position for Certified Teachers (EEC Teacher or Lead Teacher Certified).

We’re hiring for the following roles:

• Certified Toddler Teacher
• Certified Floating Teacher (All Age Groups)

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom environment
• Bring learning to life through play-based curriculum
• Support children’s growth, confidence, and development
• Build meaningful relationships with children and families
• Keep classrooms organized while meeting state standards
• Work alongside a supportive and collaborative team

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (Required)
• CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education (Required)
• EEC Teacher or Lead Teacher Certification (Required)
• Experience in a childcare setting
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Positive attitude and passion for working with children
• Ability to pass background and health requirements
