About the role
The Client Concierge Specialist plays a critical role in the Edward Jones Generations team, providing administrative support and coordination for high-net-worth clients. This role collaborates with the Generations team and branch teams to oversee workflow and tasks across the financial planning process.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with branch teams and stakeholders across the Firm
- Coordinate deliverables and outcomes across each phase of the Generations financial planning process
- Organize and complete administrative tasks with accuracy and timeliness, including managing client information, scheduling meetings, and organizing processes
- Serve as a dedicated connection point between branch teams and home office departments, triaging questions and driving accountability
- Proactively anticipate and positively impact the client’s experience with Edward Jones
- Deliver ongoing proactive support through daily monitoring of high-net-worth client accounts and coordinating with the Generations team
- Elevate the client and branch team experience by acting as the singular point of contact for each Generations branch team
- Differentiate the branch team experience by serving as the singular conduit to the full spectrum of home office stakeholders for all branch needs related to the team's respective Edward Jones Generations® client relationships
- Manage in-office client meetings and customized experiences, prepare client meeting agendas, and other relevant materials for Client Concierge Specialists based in Generations Hub locations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience at a financial services firm preferred
- Series 7 and 66 preferred or obtained within 9 months of hire
- Insurance license preferred
- Advanced industry designations (FPQP, AAMS, CAPM) preferred
- Understanding of a variety of financial products

Schedule
Candidates who live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office four days per week.
