About the Opportunity
The Educator II (ROPS) role is responsible for designing, delivering, and managing learning programs that develop skills and competencies across the organization. This position plays a key role in creating impactful learning experiences, evaluating training effectiveness, and supporting new hire onboarding. The role contributes significantly by ensuring learning initiatives align with organizational goals and by fostering continuous development among team members.
Responsibilities
- Deliver formal and informal training sessions using varied methodologies
- Prepare training materials and encourage learner engagement
- Provide constructive feedback and escalate issues as needed
- Coach educators and adjunct trainers to meet learning objectives
- Manage and implement training projects and action plans
- Cookordinate with leadership and program sponsors
- Analyze learning data to assess training impact and recommend improvements
- Maintain curriculum plans
- Conduct needs assessments and collaborate on instructional design
- Assist in onboarding new team members and trainers
- Update reporting tools and manage learning-related documentation
- Perform other assigned duties
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Education, or related field preferred
- Experience in the healthcare industry preferred
- Proven ability to apply adult learning theories and methodologies in training design and delivery
- Strong facilitation and training skills
- Effective planning and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint
- Independent problem-solving and sound judgment
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Pay Range and Compensation Package
The hourly wage range is $22.50 to $31.00. Compensation depends on candidate qualifications, skills, and experience. Location-specific minimum wage compliance applies.
