Educational Support Specialist, Occupational Therapy, Adjunct

About the role

As a member of American Career College, you will guide nursing students to improve patient care throughout their careers. You will collaborate with instructors to enhance student success and contribute to the development of educational materials.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with instructors to achieve optimal student success.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm for the teaching/learning process for individual students.
• Create educational support materials such as PowerPoints, bulletin boards, and posters.
• Contribute to the improvement of class materials and syllabi within a shared governance culture.
• Maintain scholarly activities.
• Participate in professional growth and service in accordance with university policies.

Requirements

• Experience with Canvas LMS, Zoom, and MS Office is preferred.
• Currently working as a Radiologic Technician.
• A minimum of one (1) year of in-field practical experience in the educational area you will assist in.
• An associate’s degree.
