When my educators keep wondering, I keep discovering. They notice what I enjoy. They follow my questions. They make space for my culture, my ideas, my voice and my way of learning. They see I am not just playing. I am thinking, testing, imagining, moving, feeling and growing. At Only About Children Hampton, you can help guide that kind of practice. We're looking for a reflective, inspiring and practice-focused Educational Leader. At Hampton, my day feels small, homely and close to the Bayside community. I arrive on Bluff Road, near Hampton Street, reserves, buses and local clubs. The campus feels personal, welcoming and calm. I learn in three indoor rooms and play outside under the big oak tree, in the natural yard, on the bike track, near the vegetable garden and outdoor dining area. I can make friends, try new foods, practise routines and feel safe with familiar grown-ups. This is where my day feels steady, warm and connected. At OAC, they say You're The Difference. I think that means you help my educators see me clearly. You help them ask better questions, listen to my ideas and keep learning, so I can keep growing.

Responsibilities

• My ideas are noticed when you strengthen documentation, intentional teaching and reflection.
• My family feels included when you connect family input, observations and curriculum decisions.
• My rights and agency are protected when you champion children's participation.
• My campus grows when you contribute to QIP, self-assessment and Assessment and Rating preparation.
• My educators grow when you build their confidence through coaching and inquiry.

Requirements

• Working with Children Check and relevant clearance.
• Commitment to child safety and inclusion; zero tolerance for child abuse and harm; must complete all required working with children, background and compliance checks.
