About the role

Plan and implement high-quality educational programs that align with our company philosophy and reflect the individual interests, ideas and development of children. As Educational Leader, you will be required to plan and implement high quality educational programs that align with our company philosophy and reflect the individual interests, ideas, learning and development of the children within each room at our service. You will be a positive role model for all Educators, demonstrating a high level of reflective practice, accountability, time management and literacy.

Key Duties

• Establishing and maintaining meaningful relationships with all stakeholders
• Ensure child’s engagement in the educational program is regularly documented and communicated with families
• Seek feedback from families and adjust each service’s educational programs
• Aid and support the Service Managers in embedding the Reggio Emilia philosophy and the company philosophy within the service programs and pedagogical practices
• Contribute to ongoing quality improvement within the service by collaborating with the Educational Leader and Service Manager and develop Quality Improvement Plans (QIP) within Quality Areas 1, 3, 5 and 6
• Ensure cultural and community events are used to enhance the educational programs within each service
• Ensure the educational programs and Educators' practices provide every day opportunities for children to experience magic moments within the educational program
