Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the company's market position and profitability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improve operational efficiency.
  • Lead initiatives aimed at strengthening community partnerships and supporting local economic development.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to inform strategic decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in corporate strategy, business development, or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of successful project management and leadership.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

  • Experience working with Native American tribes or organizations is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the Seventh Generation Principle and its application in business practices.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.

Pay

Salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Schedule

The position offers a flexible schedule with the option to work remotely up to 50% of the time.
