About the role
Engage in activities related to the educational process within the academic setting and the delivery of educational services in nonacademic settings in specialties such as learning disabilities, speech pathology, audiology and language assessment. Tasks may include: Carrying out objectives of the program, Complete tasks within defined criteria, Develop programs and evaluation, Prepare and publicize training curricula and materials.

Requirements
Requires a bachelor’s degree in a specific disciplinary field and, in the case of supporting services, certification: e.g., NYS certification as a speech therapist. Some positions may require provisional NYS teaching certification. Job experience at this level is usually limited. Requires ability to research subject matter and prepare an analysis of data gathered and assembled, and to coordinate activity with that of others involved in delivery of services.
