About the role
This role serves as the primary point of contact for the association’s learning management system (LMS), overseeing vendor relationships, product design and development, and day-to-day customer support. The position plays a key role in shaping the future of the LMS by coordinating enhancements, driving strategic planning, and ensuring a high-quality user experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations, including internal and external customer support, content placement within the authoring system, and the development and execution of policies and procedures.
- Design and develop engaging educational content to be delivered through the platform, supporting the organization’s learning objectives and member needs.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree required;
- 3 years of experience in continuing adult education, online learning, training and development or other related experience;
- Above average technology and communication skills;
- Customer/member service oriented;
Qualifications
- Association experience, preferred.
Skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Experience with learning management systems and e-learning platforms;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications;
